Anja has more than experience in her field; she has an ability to see the needs of others that they might not see initially themselves. Navigating a housing change has unique challenges that are not readily recognized. Anja continued to help us think about things that we might not think of ourselves. It was evident to us that she was not interested in simply selling a house; she was interested in finding us a solution and developing a relationship. Finding the right house was just the by-product of that relationship. Having someone that understands that process, is a gem. Each step of the way, she was anticipating our questions and already working on solutions. We plan to work with her exclusively in the future! Her understanding of the market in the area was superb!

Anja is amazing. She went above and beyond what we would expect in a realtor. She helped us sell our house from out of town, coordinated the estate sale, regularly met with companies still servicing the house (landscaping, housecleaners, broken window, etc.). She helped us find a fair price for the house and ultimately let us drive the price to sell it quickly in the end. She is very quick to respond to texts and emails, updated us regularly with an overview of activity, and offered us two sets of comps. We were grateful to work with someone so professional.

Anja Adams was a referral from a friend and she performed impeccably. There were many challenges in selling our home, but Anja made it as painless as possible handling our sale while we were 2500mls away. It was a pleasure working with Anja. We were a little worried about becoming investors for the first time. This would mean more than one mortgage. She educated us all the time we were looking at properties. She showed us only the homes that were within our price range. They portal was extremely helpful and she kept it up to date.

We first met Anja at an open house. She took our information and set up a portal that sent us weekly updates on the condos in our target area that were in our price range. I can honestly say that she is the most professional, hard-working relator that I have ever met or worked with. She really cares about her clients and went way above the call of duty to help us find the perfect condo.
